They're Back brochure

Subject

neighborhood endangerment, elizabeth, chantilly, plaza-midwood

Description

Plaza-Midwood wasn't the only neighborhood threatened by proposed roads. The adjacent areas of Chantilly and Elizabeth, directly attached to PM before the construction of Independence Boulevard, were endangered by a rerouting of that highway. Residents of PM were encouraged to lend their voices to the protection of other older neighborhoods.
